The one dining establishment that was included in our ‘all inclusive’ (if you neglect the air conditioner leaking into our food) was actually a great experience. They altered the menu every night, featuring foods from different parts of Mexico. And the personnel was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. And really going to assist us with our Spanish.
Twice the shock of the distinction in the sort of place we thought we would be remaining, we made the most of it. We met some great individuals. Ate some excellent food. Took some good strolls on the golf course. And picked up our rental car a couple days early to go off and explore the area.
