We utilized the Cancun part of our vacation bundle, but we won’t be utilizing the rest of it.
THE BAIT AND SWITCH CANCUN ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’ THROUGH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS
The space was filthy, the toilet was broken, the lights flickered, and that is just the start. You see, they put us up, not in one of the luxury properties that they wanted to sell us on, however rather at their ‘cemetary resort’. Seriously, that is what the people at the nice home informed us they called it. Genuine.
Now, to be reasonable, Laguna Suites wasn’t all bad. The one restaurant that was consisted of in our ‘all inclusive’ (if you ignore the air conditioning system dripping into our food) was actually a good experience. They altered the menu every night, including foods from different parts of Mexico. And the personnel was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. And really going to assist us with our Spanish.

Both BookVIP and Premier Travel Resorts require that you attend a 90-120 minute sales pitch to get their affordable costs. No biggie. We seem like that deserves it.
Premier Travel Resorts, however, needs that you go to a marketing presentation during each stay. This is different from what we were informed when they sold us the plan. When you are remaining someplace for just two nights is a substantial piece of time, a two-hour sales pitch. They offered us 4 different stays, that indicates approximately eight hours of moderately high-pressure sales! No thanks.
