Bookvip Thursday Deal Scam 2022

Spend less, travel more … right?! If you like to make your getaway travel dollar stretch, then like us, you might find yourself thinking about a holiday bundle marketing deal. Know that these marketing getaway bundle companies are not at all equivalent.

After the pulled down of our current remain at the Cancun all inclusive through Premier Travel Resorts, I just got off the phone from trying to reserve the rest of our trip bundle with them (a long time in Florida). Let’s just state that will not be happening. We are just going to eat the expense and forget about it.

From here on out, we will be scheduling getaway bundles through BookVIP. Here’s why …

Definitely, you’ve seen the Facebook sponsored posts. If you click over to their site, you will see that it has lots of the cheapest getaway bundles to a few of the most popular destinations. They have some seriously luxurious looking stays all over the world at some insane good rates.

Our first ever all inclusive experience was with BookVIP and it was fantastic. Maybe the Dreams spoiled us.

One quick note … We have only used BookVIP one time, at one luxury resort in Cancun. Reasoning informs me that not every resort vacation bundle is going to provide a comparable experience. It truly is all going to come down to the research you put in.

They don’t advertise the real name of the resorts. If you really want to sleuth out the location you will be remaining a bit of investigative work on Google to match up the photos will expose the real identity of the property you are considering. There was plenty of details on the BookVIP website to assist us feel comfortable with making our appointment.

What we love about scheduling with BookVIP? You are on your own schedule. No sales calls, no pressure. Schedule when you have actually done your research study and you are ready. You will understand what you are getting. You understand ahead of time if the dates you wish to travel are offered. There is time to compare the restaurants and features. This is a huge contrast to the promotional holiday bundle sales calls I will discuss in the next section.

When you are ready to make your booking with BookVIP, simply be gotten ready for a few extra resort costs and taxes. Our $599 for 5 days/4 nights at a Cancun all inclusive expense around $720 after whatever was said and done. In our case, part of the surcharge was to cover suggestions for the resort personnel. After the experience we had, we discovered this to be well worth it.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS Bookvip Thursday Deal Scam
In contrast to BookVIP, our experience with Premier Travel Resorts (out of Florida) was not the best. We extremely likely would not have actually gotten involved in another promotional offer if this had been our first experience. It was that bad.

Are you on the calling lists? After our first marketing resort stay, we started getting call providing getaway plans to various destinations. That is how we wound up with a trip package including our latest Cancun all inclusive plus a couple brief remain in Florida and in other places.

These travel sales calls are constantly a high-pressure scenario unless you simply hang up. Say no adequate times and they will keep dropping the cost to where it actually sounds like a good deal. It is needed that you do so before the end of the phone call if they catch your interest and you decide to purchase. There isn’t much time to look into the trip homes they are providing. You may have a couple of seconds to quickly pull up some images but that has to do with it. A photo is worth a thousand words, but unworthy almost as much as being able to read a few reviews.

They drew us in with a remain in Cancun (which is convenient for us because of the distance to Belize) and a long time in Florida (hello, sailboat shopping!). So we pulled the trigger and purchased a plan. However utilizing it, that is a whole different story.

Premier Travel Resorts does not make it simple to really use the holiday time. There is a great deal of small print that makes travel preparation extremely challenging and potentially a lot more expensive. They do not expose these details throughout the sales call.

IF YOU ACQUIRE A VACATION PACKAGE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS, THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED FOR …
You can only book your dates 45-90 days ahead of time. Okay, fair enough.

Nevertheless, when you call to request your preferred dates, they need you to submit a long form requiring all the details that they already have. You then have to wait about a week to see if your dates are even offered. Unless your itinerary will only consist of your remain at their resort, this makes preparing the rest of your travel really bothersome.

Preparation budget friendly flights, or offered Airbnb stays in combination with your Premier Travel Resorts vacation bundle is extremely challenging. In our case, the Airbnb we wanted to stay at after our remain at the resort was reserved by the time Premier Travel Resorts got back to us.

Our bundle included a stay in Orlando and a stay in Daytona Beach. Premier Travel Resorts needs that those stays be back to back or 30 days apart. So, in our case, using them on either end of a business journey we had actually planned was not permitted.

We utilized the Cancun part of our getaway bundle, but we won’t be using the rest of it.

THE BAIT AND SWITCH CANCUN ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’ THROUGH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS
You see, they put us up, not in one of the luxury residential or commercial properties that they desired to offer us on, but rather at their ‘cemetary resort’. Seriously, that is what the people at the good property informed us they called it.

The one restaurant that was consisted of in our ‘all inclusive’ (if you overlook the air conditioner dripping into our food) was really a good experience. They changed up the menu every night, featuring foods from different parts of Mexico. And very willing to assist us with our Spanish.

As soon as over the shock of the distinction in the kind of place we believed we would be staying, we made the most of it. And selected up our rental car a couple days early to go off and check out the area.

THE SALES PITCH
Both BookVIP and Premier Travel Resorts require that you go to a 90-120 minute sales pitch to get their reduced prices. No biggie. We seem like that is worth it.

Premier Travel Resorts, however, requires that you participate in a promotional discussion during each stay. When they sold us the bundle, this is various from what we were informed. A two-hour sales pitch when you are staying someplace for only 2 nights is a big piece of time. They sold us four different stays, that indicates up to 8 hours of moderately high-pressure sales! No thanks.

OK, THAT’S IT FOR MY TIRADE
