The one dining establishment that was included in our ‘all inclusive’ (if you ignore the air conditioner dripping into our food) was really a nice experience. They altered up the menu every night, featuring foods from various parts of Mexico. And extremely ready to help us with our Spanish.
Once over the shock of the difference in the type of place we believed we would be remaining, we made the most of it. We fulfilled some good people. Consumed some terrific food. Took some good walks on the golf course. And picked up our rental car a couple days early to go off and check out the location.
